The IOB rigorously updates its Professional Development Programmes to ensure that members are kept abreast of current trends, new technology, legislation and other facets relevant to the changing face of financial services. The IOB's programmes are delivered in one to five day workshop platforms with top-level presenters combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The Institute is able to tailor-make programmes according to individual organisation's specific needs.
