The IOB and BANKSETA are hosting a FAIS Fit and Proper conference on 26th March 2008, at the Sandton Convention Centre. Unlocking FAIS Fit and Proper, join the Financial Services Board and other guest speakers for key knowledge on the implementation, compliance and enforcement of this act. Also discussed will be getting to grips with the issues around the FAIS act that banks are grappling with including, Key Individuals: accountabilities and responsibilities; the implications of non-compliance and deadlines.
