Many years ago, the IOB published annual books called 'Questions on Banking Practice in South Africa'. These books provided answers to around 600 practical problems from the banking environment. This service is not available online.

SARS reminds taxpayers to record odometer readings

Taxpayers who receive a travel allowance must record their odometer readings by Sunday 28 February 2010 for the 2009/10 tax year, and from the 1 March 2010 all taxpayers who use their personal vehicles for business will be required to complete a logbook separating business mileage from that of private mileage in order to claim travel expenses.
