Training in support of FSB examinations

During 2010 the FSB will conduct the first Regulatory Examinations (RE) in terms of the Fit and Proper regulations of the FAIS Act. All financial services providers, representatives and key persons are impacted by these examinations.

Milpark Business School (MBS) will offer various support solutions for both the level 1 and level 2 examinations. Interested parties and corporate clients will be able to select from:

Study material only.
Study material with 3 electronic practice exams. These examinations will be internet-based and students will be able to access the examinations via a standard browser anywhere at any time. Questions are set on a similar basis as those of the official examinations and will provide excellent preparation for the FSB's examinations.
One-, two- or three-day workshops. MBS will be conducting public workshops in selected regions. These workshops will focus on exam techniques (the approach to Multiple Choice Questions) and the content of the selected Regulatory Examination. For corporate clients or small brokerages/groups (minimum 12 people) these workshops can be tailored and offered at company premises at convenient times.
