This document will be stored on our system and you will be emailed the submission.

Please save the submission you receive to PDF so that you can upload it to the CPD platform when asked to upload proof of CPD attendance.

CPD Certifications are subject to audit. Members must adhere to the IOBSA’s Code of Professional Conduct.
