The Institute of Bankers in South Africa’s new digital Membership Portal is now live!
The new Membership Portal has digital application forms linked to a secure member profile with membership payments processed online through a choice of secure payment gateways. Members will be able to update their profile details at any time and also securely store their membership application documents and access their membership certificate.
Should members ever need any of their documents for other purposes (qualifications, CV, academic transcripts) all they need to do is login and download them.

- Fill in the digital application form
- IOBSA Admin approves application
- Member makes payment online
- Member is issued applicable designation
- Member downloads membership certificate
Membership Renewal Steps…
- Fill in the digital membership profile form (This is a once-off step. Future renewals will not require the form to be filled in.)
- Member makes payment online
- Member is issued applicable designation
- Member downloads membership certificate
